Former Interim Coach of the Nigeria home base team, Erasmus Onuh is reportedly set to replace Henry Abiodun at Sunshine Stars.
Henry Abiodun is currently suspended by the team's management after the barren draw at home to Dolphins last week.
The under-fire Coach was whisked away by security personnel at the end of their game with Dolphins as irate fans made frantic efforts to pounce on him.
According to reports,he will be replaced by Onuh next week and the Ex-ABS coach is already in Akure and will watch today's game against Enugu Rangers.
Known as a strict disciplinarian and a willy tactician Onuh will officially take over the reins at the Akure Gunners on Monday after agreeing personal terms with the team's hierarchy.
Onuh has had stints with various side in the top flight of Nigeria football but he is mostly and fondly remembered for taking unfashionable ABS from the abyss to the upper Echelon of National recognition.
However, he has been jobless for two years now since leaving ABS.
Sunshine Stars are currently 10th on the league table on 34 points but Erasmus brief will be to help them pull away from the bottom clubs and narrow the gaps with the team at the top.
